I don't draw from written descriptions, please provide visual examples.

I reserve the right of canceling your petition if you have been proved troublesome in any way.

I might refuse a commission if I am not comfortable or confident about doing them.

I don't have to draw everything exactly like on the reference sheet or the pose reference you will provide me. I can change slight details, if I feel it will look better in my style or in that pose.

I hold the rights to the artwork, meaning I can post it on my social media or use it to promote my art. I will give you credit for being the owner of the character.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, I am free to use and upload the commissioned piece in my portfolio on my online galleries (Pixiv, DeviantArt, ArtStation, etc.). Please inform me in advance if you don't want your piece to be uploaded on my galleries.

Commissions are for personal use only. The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes, but you may not sell or profit from it in any way.

Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.

Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)

Take credit for the art.

Remove my watermarks /signatures.

Create NFTs using my art

Train AI models using my art

I only use Paypal invoice as payment method(currency: $USD or €EUR). After we have discussed the commission price, I will create an invoice and send it to you.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first!

50% of the total payment is required before I start your commission. The remaining Half(50%) will be requested after finishing the approved sketch. After the payment is complete, I will work on the commission and send you the final product.

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from your parents/guardians.

In case of sicknesses or emergencies, I will notify you, how long the delay will be. If I'm not able to do your Commission within 2 Months, you can refund it, if you want to.

You can't cancel your commission after the payment has been made, unless you don’t hear anything from me for 2 Months.

(I don't ever expect this to happen, I take my commissions very serious but this is just in case!)

We will discuss the order and the price first. During this step, provide reference images as needed

After confirming the order , I will create an Paypal invoice and send it to you.

Half of the payment(50%) is required before I start your Commission. The remaining Half(50%) will be requested after finishing the approved sketch.

The Commission will take between 7-14 days to complete. I will contact you multiple times during the project (especially in the sketching phase), to ask for your feedback. After the approved sketch, I won't do any major changes anymore, but I will still contact you after finishing each process.

After the work is completed, I’m going to ask for your final approval before sending the finished project to you.
